Douglas Matthews
For over 30 years, I have been building and leading both large international organizations and smaller family owned business entities in a wide variety of settings. With experience in consumer product development, sales, marketing, production, and distribution on a global basis, I bring an integrated combination of both tactical and strategic skills with focus on organizational performance, strategic alignment, relationship development and profitable operational execution.
Following years of consumer products organizational leadership, including as a business owner / operator, I realized that helping others achieve their goals was the true meaning of success. With that, I created a boutique, hands-on consulting firm to support business owners with operational assessments, strategic planning, tactical execution, and operational, organizational, and cultural alignment. In short, my mission is to help companies (and their owners) find clarity in an ever-changing world.
Utilizing a “Creative Flexibility” mantra, I have successfully aligned diverse organizations around common goals, managed turnaround of business within the rapidly changing market place, and have successfully acquired, repositioned and divested business entities within the B2C/Retail & B2B environments.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Kansas State University and live in Lyons, Colorado with my wife of 33 years.
