MATT ZOLLINGER, MBA
Having been raised by a business attorney, I have been involved in the creation, operation, growth, and divestiture of businesses my entire life. Through my own entrepreneurial endeavors and experiences with large and small multinational corporations, I have gained the knowledge and insight needed to help sellers achieve the full potential of their businesses, help buyers understand the opportunities a new business can bring them, and help owners identify and act upon key business drivers to produce ongoing profitable results.
I spent 25 years working in the natural resources and technology sectors in various capacities including Management, Business Development, Contract Negotiation, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Project Management, Finance & Accounting, and Strategic Planning. During this time, I had P&L responsibility for companies and/or regions with annual revenues ranging from $5M to $65M. This diverse experience in various domestic and international environments has provided me with a keen business acumen which I share with clients to promote their businesses and interests.
I earned a BA in Marketing with a Spanish Minor from Utah State University and earned an MBA from the University of Phoenix. I am fluent in Spanish, and although I’ve lived in Utah, Texas, Arizona, Chile, and Ecuador, I currently live with my wife in Lakewood, Colorado.
